What Makes Us Different
-
Typically when you choose a real estate operator or developer you get two types of people:
1) A financially minded person who has spent most of their life incubating under fluorescent lighting, but has minimal real sense of what it takes to renovate or re-develop a space, and has no sense of where the true risk of cost creep lies on a given project.
2) A skilled developer/contractor who will execute the renovation or redevelopment plan without issue, but may not be best equipped to optimize operations, report to investors, or set recapitalization, refinance, or disposition strategies.
Echo Valley Real Estate brings both skillsets to the table - minimizing execution risk for investors while providing institutional-level service and insights garnered from over a decade of multifamily acquisition and asset management experience.
-
In moments of confusion, market dislocation, and legislative change we believe that the most nimble, flexible, and competent groups will be best equipped to outperform.
At Echo Valley Real Estate, we pride ourselves on leveraging our network of relationships, product expertise, and market knowledge to help uncover investment opportunities that may be overlooked by traditional value-add operators.
-
We have a single-minded focus on driving returns through operation of the real estate - avoiding deals with risky capital stacks and deal profiles that are overly reliant on outsized rent growth or exit assumptions.
-
Echo Valley Real Estate ownership and key stakeholders are comprised of multi-generational San Francisco Bay Area residents who choose to invest within driving distance of where they live. We only feel comfortable placing our personal capital in markets we have decades of experience operating in and handle investors capital with the same mindset.
